Tom Hodge

Tom is the Chief Operating Officer of Glendower Capital, responsible for legal, compliance, risk and governance matters as well as non-financial business operations at the firm.  Prior to joining Glendower, Tom was a private funds Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he advised fund sponsors on a wide range of fund formation, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, including the formation of various SOF Program funds as well as the execution of multiple secondaries transactions. Tom is admitted to practice in New York and is also qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales.

Tom holds law degrees from the University of Edinburgh, Vanderbilt University Law School, and King’s College London.
